Bioenergy Enterprises Australia (BEA) now owns all of BioSyngas Limited's energy assets including the Engineering designs, Partnerships and other Intellectual Property developed by BioSyngas relating to multiple (1 to 10) MW_e scale renewable (biomass/wood waste) and (natural gas +  biogas) projects in Australia.   BEA will continue to build on the 5 years of renewable energy sector investment made by BioSyngas, leveraging this to introduce much needed innovative, highly value adding-base load renewable energy options for customers in the Australian Energy Market.   Delivering energy (electricity and thermal/heat) to businesses at as much as 20% lower cost to current prices, ongoing, as well as significantly lower carbon emissions.
